We are not having the water softener installed until mid July, so will have to review the unit then. What I can say is the customer service, technical assistance and speed of delivery from East Midlands Water Company have been first class. I ordered Friday 26 May, less than 24 hours later my unit was safely delivered!

Emma who dealt with us was brilliant. From some serious wellness friends. I’m told the Water filter for the home is a game changer..

Inclusion of Instructions re the simple removal of the old and fitting of the new, would certainly have helped, though.

I rang East Midlands Water Company on the Friday morning just to have a chat about what I was interested in. The chap I spoke to was very helpful and answered my questions. I decided to make the purchase over the phone and the RO system arrived the next day, early afternoon. Very impressed, easy to install and the best thing, pure water on tap. Highly recommended 👍

This is to replace the original softner that we bought from this company twelve years ago,since that time,we havn`t had to descale the taps or shower head for all that time.Will be pleased if this replacement lasts as long.Good service from EMWC.
