Fitted a new tap for my water filter to replace the one that comes with the kit. Fitting as simple all working thank you. We have been using EMWC filters for in excess of 12 years with very few issues. Customer service is excellent as ever! Thank you.

Good company to deal with prompet service

Recently replaced my old water softener which I bought from EMWC 16 year ago. They gave me excellent advice on a suitable replacement that used exactly the same fittings. The replacement was damaged in transport, but EMWC identified the problem over the phone and arranged an immediate replacement. Excellent support and service from both sales and technical staff.

They do the job they are designed for

Machine was delivered very promptly and fitted to existing connections, No problems but I had to query one aspect as I didn't understand that the machine had an auto-regeneration system.

I must commend the superlative quality of these products. Since installing both the water softener and the whole-house filtration system, not the slightest trace of limescale has appeared upon any of the taps within the residence. The results are, quite frankly, immaculate. I would, without the slightest hesitation, extend my highest recommendation to those with a discerning appreciation for excellence in domestic water treatment.

Great item the water is so much better in every way

Discovered small leak on water feed pipe on Friday. Contacted East Midlands Water via their chat line and received replacement at 10.30 on Saturday. Pipe replaced and all working fine.
