RO Membrane Housing

I have had a RO water filer for years and broke the fixing on the membrane. East Midlands water co were fantastic and I had a new membrane within 24 hours. What great customer service. Thank you

I called EMWC as a connection had snapped off the filter housing. They dispatched a replacement part same day and it arrived this morning. Excellent service! And super polite staff helping on the phone too. Thanks!
