The water softener recommended is a huge success. It has just been fitted by the plumber and was a quick and easy job to complete. It is a neat machine, easy to fill and easy to run. It does a great job and we are very grateful for the help and advice that was available from a real and knowledgeable human being who spoke with us on the phone. The filter is good. I was told I would not be charged delivery, but I was. Also the tap I purchased is £20 more expensive than the local plumber shop.

Have not been fitted yet, but looks very similar to my old unit.

Clean water

The merlin filters speak for themselves however EMWC are reliable and always seem to have the items I need at reasonable cost.
