Very helpful and very efficient service

This water filter is quite large and relatively heavy. It was bought as a replacement for a previous one that had done its duty. My only issue was that there did not seem to be any installation instructions. As a consequence, I was a little perturbed when I started to run water through and it came out pitch black. Then I remembered that the original (with an installation guide) had required the water to be run through until it cleared - which only takes a minute or so.

Good service good quality

Having been a previous customer our water softener had been allowed to fall into disuse by temporary tenants, after some years of disuse it was advised to change the unit. Returning customer discount was generous, advice helpful and delivery speedy. Fitting was simple, as was the purchased under sink water filter. Now back with softened water making showering a pleasure with a noticeable difference as to how skin now feels.

Sadly all blocks arrived damaged/broken packing box had no fragile tape or warning not to drop I will use but will be fair amount of wastage outer box showed sign of being dropped.
