I had a drip from my Filter that i purchased in February 2025. Aftre liaising with the team at EMWX - i spoke to a lovely gentleman called James. Once i explained the situation to him, he simply digested what i relayed and quite simply stated that he would ship a new filter to my home address for FREE and it was delivered the next day. This is what i call Excellent service care. They are an organisation that i would alwyas recommend. Actually i have been explaining to colleagues at work and they were amazed to hear that EMWC would actually ship a new filter to me Free of chanrge. Thnak you hence why i have been a loyal customer for 20 plus years. Thank you.

Fitted a new tap for my water filter to replace the one that comes with the kit. Fitting as simple all working thank you. We have been using EMWC filters for in excess of 12 years with very few issues. Customer service is excellent as ever! Thank you.

Good company to deal with prompet service

Recently replaced my old water softener which I bought from EMWC 16 year ago. They gave me excellent advice on a suitable replacement that used exactly the same fittings. The replacement was damaged in transport, but EMWC identified the problem over the phone and arranged an immediate replacement. Excellent support and service from both sales and technical staff.

They do the job they are designed for

Machine was delivered very promptly and fitted to existing connections, No problems but I had to query one aspect as I didn't understand that the machine had an auto-regeneration system.
Great service and nice people to deal with.
