I paid to have the valve delivered to MY DOOR. I DID NOT ASK FOR IT TO BE SENT TO A PICK UP POINT!!! EAST Midlands does NOT understand that and the service from the courier which EAST MIDLANDS CHOSE wastes time.
I was asked to be hoe between 9 and 10.30 AM BY email But the courier DID NOT deliver to my house they delivered to a drop point. EAST MIDLANDS DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION AND WASTE OF TIME THIS CAUSES AND WASHES IT HANDS BY SAYING>…we did our bit … its not our problem…. TRRIBLE SERVICE AND WASTE OF TIME…NEVER USE EAST MIDLANDS WATER AGAIN
