I visited EMWC on line yesterday and after deciding what I thought I wanted I rang up and spoke to James he assured me that I had chosen the correct kit, I then decided to visit their showroom. On arrival I spoke to a gentleman and told him I’d spoken to James and he immediately went to get him and again everything was quiet relaxed, I discussed a few options with James and brought the kit,
It was nice to put a face to the voice on the phone and I’m very pleased with their service also it was good to buy something that doesn’t have “made in china” stamped on it,

I have been using water softener in past 35 years and I have to replace it once and second one was with East Midlands water company 20 years a go still running well but I decided to upgrade it .Tom was explained the new model very economical and better machine
