Undersink Water Filter, Delivered as advertised.

This water filter is quite large and relatively heavy. It was bought as a replacement for a previous one that had done its duty. My only issue was that there did not seem to be any installation instructions. As a consequence, I was a little perturbed when I started to run water through and it came out pitch black. Then I remembered that the original (with an installation guide) had required the water to be run through until it cleared - which only takes a minute or so.

Having been a previous customer our water softener had been allowed to fall into disuse by temporary tenants, after some years of disuse it was advised to change the unit.
