The machine fits perectly into a space inside a window seat, made for the previous softener. It really is the smallest compact machine we could find! It was easy to fit into the existing plumbing and is working well so far. It is easier to control as it is automatic and does not need a timer switch 9which needed resetting every time there was a power cut. We would never have found this without the wonderful help given by the East Midlands Water Company staff member who gave us real help and good advice. Thank you

Clean water

The merlin filters speak for themselves however EMWC are reliable and always seem to have the items I need at reasonable cost.
