We bought a softener and whole house filter when we met EMWC at the Home Building and Renovation Show. The equipment arrived earlier than expected and was very well packaged. We had a slight issue with one of the valves in the connection kit but after a friendly call with the office and technical team replacements arrived the next morning. We cannot fault the help, service or equipment provided.
