Annoyed I had to replace the old one, so as it appears to be the same brand, I don’t think much of it, and it is VERY expensive for a transformer.

Like the last order, you emailed to say the order was delivered and we hadn’t received it. Same this time. Not very professional.

I have had one of these systems for over 3 years. The scale has disappeared in the kettle and the water tastes fantastic. No chlorine, and the forever chemicals in my tap water, PFAS, are now undetectable. Easy to install and maintain, highly recommend this product for your health.

Thanks for getting this replacement out so quickly, did have a bit of trouble connecting it as the fitting was different but we now are able to have our water back on
